Watershed Protection Plan for Arroyo Colorado Topic of April 27 Meeting

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board have scheduled a meeting to continue to develop a watershed protection plan that will address low dissolved oxygen in the tidal segment of the Arroyo Colorado. The meeting will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2004 at the Rio Grande Valley Outdoor Center, which is located 2.2 miles east of FM 1847 on FM 106 out of Rio Hondo.
